The rector of Ogun State Institute of Technology (Ogitech)Igbesa Dr Abiodun Babatunde Oluseye has been working hand in hand with both staffs and students of this great citadel by not looking down at anyone.
Also,he is giving out the student of the institute the opportunity of allowing them to practice what they have been taught by their lecturers not just the theory aspect alone but allowing them to demonstrate the potential in them and bringing out the best in them.
Furthermore he made it known in his speech that the drone that was display last week Tuesday 20th of February 2024 in the school premises is just one of the several things that will be happening in the campus.
Moreover,he said the campus is planning to have an innovation center where the student will be tutored in acquiring more knowledge about the things that will be of benefit to them aside from the normal curriculum of the student In the institute.His intentions is that drones will be made by the student in the institute and not from an extension body and he has actually get the engineers in science and technology involved and whoever is interested from the management and other discipline within the campus can actually join them.Apart from drones there are some many other things that they will be doing at the innovation center.
In his concluding speech it was made known that apart from the normal certificate and the Cisco certificate,another certificate will be added to the student certificate.
