NNPCL Attributes Fuel Scarcity and Long Queues to Distribution Challenges*

Nigerian Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) sheds light on the current fuel scarcity and prolonged queues in filling stations across several Nigerian cities, notably Lagos.*

Reports emerged on Monday revealing extended queues forming at various filling stations in Lagos, sparking concerns among residents about a potential resurgence of fuel scarcity.

NNPCL addressed the issue, attributing the situation to distribution challenges within the petroleum supply chain.

Notably, congestion was observed at filling stations along Ikorodu Road and the Total Filling Station on Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, exacerbating traffic congestion in the Ikeja area.
